You can purchase a Gift Card at the Footpatrol London store or at www.footpatrol.com.

The minimum amount that can be loaded onto a Gift Card is £5 and the maximum amount is £300.

Your gift card can be used by you if you are the purchaser or given it as a gift. You can use the gift card in full or part payment.

If ordered online your gift card will be delivered within 5 working days from your order date. Footpatrol will not be responsible if the delivery address is inputted incorrectly nor if there are any delays with the carrier. If your gift card goes to someone else, it will not be replaced or its value refunded. Footpatrol will not be responsible if your gift card is lost, stolen or damaged.

Gift cards can only be used for instore purchases or at www.footpatrol.com. You cannot use Klarna or Paypal Credit to purchase a Gift Card.

Gift cards will expire after 12 months from the date of purchase of the Gift Card if not used and Footpatrol will not refund any remaining balance. This 12-month period will renew for a further 12 months after each purchase using the gift card.

Subject to our Returns Policy, once an item has been returned to one of our stores, your refund may be credited to [i] your original gift card or [ii] a new gift card should the full amount on your original gift card have been used and not by any other means including cash or bank transfers.

If you purchase goods instore in excess of the value of the gift card and pay [in part] using a gift card and pay the extra [in part] using another payment method, then after your item has been returned to one of our stores, the amount you paid using another payment method will be credited using that same payment method.

Gift cards are not a cheque guarantee or a credit card. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Footpatrol cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards or be used without with permission of the owner.

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion online at the time of purchase but student discount may be used when spending using the gift card. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase items delivered directly by a supplier e.g. adidas or Nike.

Footpatrol reserves the right to amend, waive or add any further terms and conditions necessary due to legal, security or regulatory reasons. Notice of any changes to those terms and conditions will be displayed on our website at www.footpatrol.com or at any Footpatrol store.

size? reserves the right to refuse the redemption of a gift card where we reasonably believe that the gift card has been altered, corrupted, copied or otherwise used in any fraudulent way.
